About

My Story

If you’re a woman over 40, you’ve likely noticed that your body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to. Sleep is lighter. Digestion is unpredictable. Energy comes and goes. And despite your best efforts, the scale goes up another notch..

That’s where I come alongside.

I didn’t get into this because it was an interesting option in college. I came to it through necessity, raising my own family.

Years ago, my family’s health began to unravel. I watched my young son struggle with ear infections, deafness and surgeries without real answers or lasting improvement. As I pursued solutions for him, I spoke with some distinguished doctors along the way who encouraged me to ask a different question:

What’s actually causing this?

That question changed everything.

It led me into nutrition, homeopathy, and a deeper understanding of how the body restores itself when it’s supported properly. Using these methods in my family allowed me to see, for the first time, what real healing could look like.

Later, after facing a life-threatening illness of my own, I worked with a naturopath who helped me to understand this kind of care personally. I was seen, heard, and guided back to health in a way that was both practical and profound. I walked the path of restoration.

And it deeply shaped how I practice today.

What I Believe

I believe health is something you cultivate.

The body is designed to heal. When we remove what interferes and provide what’s missing, it often responds more simply than expected.

I go to great lengths to ensure safety and gentleness. It’s not unusual to hear a client say that she doesn’t think my recommendation worked, that “I guess I just got better.”

That’s my goal. Because your body does the healing; I just help it to do what it hasn’t been able to do so you can live your life.

About Sola Natura Wellness

Sola Natura means “nature alone.”

It reflects a simple philosophy: support what is working, remove what is not, and allow the body to do what it was designed to do with the tools God has given us to promote and maintain a healthy, active life.

My work is grounded and practical, not driven by trends. I believe that when health feels complicated, it’s usually because we’re looking for answers in the wrong places, not because the body itself is beyond help. My goal is to bring clarity to complicated situations, one step at a time, until everything just works.

Because when health is simple, it’s achievable. And you shouldn’t need a practitioner on retainer to feel well — although you may want one.

How it works

I focus on what you are experiencing, not any disease name you’ve been given.

Every client is different, and only the goal is the same: to identify patterns, remove what’s interfering, and support what restores.

Your plan may include:

1

Targeted nutrition and whole food supplementation

2

Homeopathy to stimulate the body’s healing response

3

Botanical support and mineral balancing

4

Phototherapy tools that enhance recovery without adding complexity
